  I started the Digest Ease Tea about two weeks ago because I was going every 2–3 days and feeling super backed up. First couple nights I did one mug before bed and by the next morning things… moved. Now I’m pretty much once a day, sometimes twice if I’ve eaten heavy and the bloating has eased up a lot. Taste is OK; I add lemon and honey and it’s fine. I did have a tiny bit of cramping the first two days but it settled quick once I upped my water. It’s been way gentler than the harsh laxatives I used to grab. *

  I have used the Digest Ease Tea with great success. Since I like tea and drink it daily, adding the Digest Ease Tea to the mix was quite easy since it actually has a very pleasant taste. I don't really consider it as medicinal...the taste does not come across that way. I have used it with success by combining it with other products successfully. I find it to be a much better way of staying regular relative to the many other products that are out there to choose from. Enjoy, a satisfied customer. *
