For many years, I didn't have a perturbing tummy pouch, and then when it appeared, it seemed like whatever I did or whatever I took it would not go away. Well, IT'S GONE NOW!!!   The Gut Restore works great. I took it at night before I went to bed and I had immediate results after taking it the fist night. The first bowel movement was huge and I did 3 more that day that were good amounts as well. It continued to work great allowing me to release out waste that had built up in my system.
